Terms of Service

Brijee lets businesses apply for a merchant account and accept card and eCheck payments through payment links, hosted checkout, and an API. By using Brijee you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate business information and be authorized to act for your business. Merchant accounts are subject to underwriting and approval by the payment processor.

You agree to comply with card-network rules and applicable law, accurately describe what you sell, publish a clear refund/return policy, and not use the service for prohibited or illegal businesses.

Processing fees apply per your pricing agreement. Fees may be deducted from settlements.

You are responsible for chargebacks and related fees. Excessive chargebacks may result in holds, increased fees, or termination per card-network thresholds.

The service is provided “as is.” We may suspend or terminate accounts for risk, fraud, or violations. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
