Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments accepted through Brijee are made to the individual business (merchant) you paid. Refunds and cancellations are governed by that merchant’s own refund policy.

Merchants can issue full or partial refunds, and void recent transactions, through Brijee. A refund returns funds to the original payment method; timing depends on the cardholder’s bank.

For a refund or to cancel, contact the business you paid (their name appears on your receipt and statement). If you cannot resolve it, you may dispute the charge with your card issuer.

Processing fees may be non-refundable per your pricing agreement.
