Overview

Brijee provides payment services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you apply for a merchant account we collect business and contact details (business name, address, contact name, email, phone) and your merchant category.

We collect transaction details needed to process and reconcile payments. We do not store full card numbers or full bank account numbers — these are encrypted and tokenized at the point of entry and are handled by our payment processor.

How we use information

To create and manage merchant accounts, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and card-network obligations.

Sharing

We share information with our payment processing partners (CardConnect / Fiserv) and the card networks as required to provide the service, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Card and bank data are tokenized (CardSecure) and never stored on Brijee servers. Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and access is restricted.

Retention & your rights

We retain records as long as needed for the service and legal requirements. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us.
